We tried a new recipe last week and it was delicious, and I thought others might like to try it too. It’s called Chilli with Squash and Beef. We have been looking for recipes to help use up many squashes that we keep getting! My daughter’s garden produced about 100 spaghetti squashes this season. Although the recipe calls for butternut squash, I used spaghetti squash. The recipe also calls for cubing and cooking the squash in the chilli. I already have frozen spaghetti squash, so I used that.
